All led lamp will be shipped from China,but we will pay for customs duty.Courier forwarder will clearance and pay for customs tax in America and Canada.So shipping time is approx 20 days.And buyer will not pay for any money in your country.But please buyer contact us before shipment.If buyer don’t contact us,we may be not pay for duty.If buyer need them urgently,the goods will be direct to shipped by Fedex or UPS.And we will declare low value on invoice.
2. If led lamp quality is good,buyer must receive the goods,because sending back shipping is too expensive;
3. LED lamp is very easy to damage by courier,but we will buy insurance.If led lamp is damaged,please send photo to me.we will refund money or send new led lamp.But please don’t open dispute on amazon.
